It’s been a very busy week for me. Last week, Imaginary Diva and I finally took possession of our new luxury two-bedroom condominium. Since we’re both self employed and running our own businesess, the move into our new place has been a very tiring experience. We’ve managed to haul most of our belongings already. Hopefully, within a couple of days, our move will finally be complete.

If you head over to Imaginary Diva’s blog, she writes about the constant silence throughout our building; not a single noise is heard from the neighbors. It also helps that our building is marketed towards empty nesters and young professionals. I haven’t seen a single kid or child living in our building.

We don’t know how long we’ll eventually stay here. And if you live in BC, the past couple of years have seen a meteoric rise in real estate. If the price is right, perhaps we’ll sell our place next year and find another home. But for now, once our current move is finished, I plan on taking a nice short break.
