Summer has finally arrived!  Too bad it’s still cloudy and rainy where I live.  Plus, working two hours a day has really taken a toll on my body.

Oh well, I better start planning a vacation to somewhere nice and warm.

My wife thinks we should join our friends on a road trip to California.  I’ll agree to go, just as long as I get to play my favorite road song - “On the Road Again” by Willie Nelson.  In the meantime, I better start preparing ahead by looking for vacation rentals.

Since I’m getting older (and somewhat wiser), booking vacation rentals rather than a hotel would be an ideal situation.  You get the comforts of a real home without dealing with crowded amenities or noisy vacationers.  I definitely look forward to finding some much needed R&R in the not-so-distant future.
