Our 1st Year Anniversary

Imaginary Diva and I are celebrating our 1st year anniversary today as husband and wife.  Over the course of the year, we’ve managed to better our lives as a married couple.  From the added responsiblities to other transitions in our lives, we have no regrets for stepping up to the altar and performing those vows.

Wedding Vows

Perhaps a year from now, we’ll eventually plan to have kids.  My parents would like to have Grandkids one day.  Since they’re both pretty healthy, assuming the role of Grandparents is a moment they would cherish a lot.

I don’t know what the future may hold.  But in the meantime, I remain grateful for having such a loving wife, who knows me better than anyone else.  And a wife who can tolerate my childish tendencies and pet peeves around the home.  ;-)

I am so glad the long weekend is over!

    Time to Exercise!

Don’t waste your millions a on a plain megayacht, especially when the gigayacht is coming soon!  For a 150 million dollars (or more), you can travel around the world on your own 325 ft. long Gigayacht, along with sculpted garden, tennis court and, of course, pool.

This monstrosity of a water vessel can hold up to 750,000 litres of fuel.  Imagine being able to cruise around the world for the next five years without having to fill-up the tanks.  Not a bad setup at all, if you love being out on the water all the time.

Additional features include the usual amenities you’d find with a luxury yacht or cruiseship.  The aft deck can also hold additional motoryachts, jet skis and two cars.

Hmm…despite the nice features and over-the-top lifestyle, I still prefer the plane as my choice of travel.  Nevertheless, the megayacht is a marvel of engineering and a sight to behold! Perhaps in the future, I’ll rent one for a couple of days. ;-)

G.I. Joe - The Real American Movie

As a kid growing up in the 80’s, G.I. Joe was by far my favorite comic book, TV show and toy line, even surpassing those girlie robots known as the Transformers.  In fact, one of my most prized possessions from childhood is a mint #1 G.I. Joe comic book, still in its original wrapper.

    And yes,
I’ve already bought this shirt!  Available at CafePress!

Even though the G.I. Joe movie won’t be released till summer 2009, the hype machine is already gearing up with sneak previews.  Check out the picture of Snake Eyes from the upcoming movie.  Oooh, I can’t wait!
